I am looking for a job opportunity in mechanical field. I have good set of communication skills, with ability to handle autonomous roles, self-motivated and individual with an inner drive to perform well and excel. Key Skills: • Review project specification, drawings to understand their scope and to prepare to carry out inspections to client Site construction procedure etc. • Preparation of Bill of Quantities for estimation purpose. • Review of Purchase order. • Control of Welding consumables, baking record for low hydrogen electrodes. • Conducting and Witness of Welder qualification test. • Verify contractor’s records of calibration, inspection & test equipment. • Fit up Inspection of pipes prior to welding. • Carries out monitoring and final inspections as required by approved ITP & QCP • Line checking after all welding is complete as per the approved drawings. • Review of Test Packages and witnessing the Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Testing of Piping. • Witnessing bolt torquing and tightening inspections for flanged joints. • Updating welding history sheet and clearing for coating/ painting. • Preparation & maintaining of all Inspection Reports. • Conducting Tool Box meetings prior to the start of any Mechanical activity. • NDT of pipe spools during and after fabrication. • Review of NDT procedures. • Liaise with Project Engineers, PMC, Discipline Engineers, Vendor representatives and Company Technical focal points regarding inspection activities. • In charge of fabrication shop and responsible for timely delivery of Equipment’s, fabricated pipes, technological and heavy Industrial building Structures.
