Date: Wednesday, October 24, 2018 Category: Jobs Offered Region: Bahrain ( Seef area ) Experienced Real Estate female office administrator wanted We are currently looking for an experienced Real Estate Female office Administrator for our new office (Branch) due to open in Amwaj Island very soon. • Candidates must have a min. 1 year experience in real estate brokerage company and must be very familiar with all day to day operation matters for such organization. (This job vacancy is for Female Candidates Only). • Candidates should also have the following criteria’s: 1. Good personality with presentable look and must have good level of hospitality. 2. Should have very good level of verbal and written communication skills in English language. (Arabic Speaker is an additional advantage). 3. Can deal with all real estate day to day operational matters including answering calls, maintain property listing records, input data into CRM system. 4. Must show ability to handle all real estate transaction proper works and documentations. 5. Should have good customer service attitude and should have the ability to help the marketing team to perform their tasks and duties. 6. Perform other duties as assigned. • Candidates living in or within Amwaj Island or nearby areas would be given preference. • Our monthly Salary Package will include: A) Basic Salary of BD. 280.0 and depending on the candidate’s ability and experience + additional monthly and yearly incentives B) (No Overseas Candidates will be considered). • All CV’s will be treated confidentially and reviewed by the business owner only.
